For example, I have a male friend and we're hanging out for several times. And he give me several gifts, even paid for meals or watch movies together. I even ask for split bill but he doesnt want it. Sometimes in return i treat him coffee.
Suddenly he confessed to me, but I only see him as a friend. Then he gets mad and ask "Then why are you accept my gift if you dont like me?"
So my question is : is it true if we didn't see him as a potential gf/bf, dont accept any gift from them?
Because in Indonesia, if we didnt accept the gift, it considered to be rude.
