Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, focusing on expanding our loyalty and merchant services among Korean companies in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in corporate sales, demonstrate exceptional networking abilities, and have a proactive, extroverted personality. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of building relationships and driving business growth within the specified market segment.


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market penetration among Korean businesses in Indonesia.

Identify and engage key decision-makers within targeted Korean companies to promote our loyalty and merchant services.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and participation in networking events.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals customized to the needs of potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, particularly within corporate environments.

Extensive experience in networking, relationship building, and business development.

Familiarity with loyalty programs and merchant services is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Korean.

Residency in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the ability to travel within the city and occasionally domestically.
